Prices and Availability

All prices include the legal application of VAT, in accordance with applicable VAT legislation.

The prices listed on our website are in Euros and can be changed at any time without notice.

All product offers are valid until stocks last.

We provide information on the availability of products sold on our website, on each product page. From the moment of your order until the preparation of the shipment of the products, the availability of the products may change. During the processing of your order, we will inform you via email or phone of any changes regarding availability. In case the products you ordered are no longer available there will be no charge.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not the manufacturers of the products sold on our website. We work hard to ensure that the information we provide to you is correct, but there is a possibility that the actual product packaging may contain more and different information than is displayed. The color rendering in the photos we quote may also differ. The information about the products on our website is provided for informational purposes only and we recommend that you do not rely solely on them. Finally, we suggest that you always read the labels, warnings and instructions contained in the product packaging before using it.

Payments

We will never ask for any financial information, such as your bank account number, credit card numbers, or any other information about your financial information. All payments are made by credit card using the secure purchase gateway from JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

When you are ready to pay, you will be taken to JCC Secure Purchase Portal, enter your payment details, make the payment and then be taken back to our website to see your order confirmed.

Delivery and Receipt

We offer delivery only for residents of Cyprus and Greece every day except Sundays and holidays.

We currently offer 1 way to deliver your orders:

• Home delivery with the GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI POST OF GREECE (CYPRUS)

• The final price of the product includes VAT

• For purchases over 85 Euros, shipping is free for Cyprus and Greece.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer with an additional 10 Euros charge up to 2 kg weight and for each additional kilo the charge is 3 Euros.

We will do our best to deliver your product on the schedule we give you above. Note, however, that delivery estimates are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

We are not responsible for any delays in orders and deliveries or for delays due to force majeure (such as fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil war, revolution, insurrection, pandemic, terrorist activities blockade, embargo, labor disputes, strike, strike or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone services.

Despite the fact that we will never ship a product with a damaged packaging, when delivering or receiving your order, please always check carefully that the outer packaging and the SLA adhesive tape remain intact. Upon receipt of the product it implies that you fully accept it and that you have no requirements regarding the packaging and its general condition.

RETURN POLICY
